To minimize potential side effects & achieve the best outcomes, it is advisable to follow these precautions:

• Avoid alcohol & activities that induce heat (such as strenuous exercise, spas, saunas, hot showers, excessive sun exposure) for 24 hours.
 • Refrain from touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area for 24 hours. Only massage the area if specifically directed to do so.
 • Avoid applying makeup or active skincare (such as AHAs, retinols, or Vitamin C) to the treated area for 24 hours to reduce infection risks.
 • Postpone facial treatments like laser, peels, or waxing for at least 2 weeks.
 • If you experience any pain, you can take paracetamol; however, avoid anti-inflammatory medications (e.g., aspirin, fish oils, Vitamin E) that may cause bleeding or bruising.
 • Applying ice can help reduce discomfort, swelling, & bruising.
 • A follow-up appointment after 2 weeks is highly recommended to ensure a positive outcome & to assess if additional treatments are necessary for your treatment plan.
