clinic & booking policies
• Bookings must be made in advance.
• Please arrive 15minutes early to complete & sign your medical & consent forms.
• A $50-100 holding fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, which will be credited towards your treatment cost.
• We maintain a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Any rescheduling or cancellation within this period, as well as failure to attend the appointment, will result in forfeiture of the holding fee.
• If unable to attend within 48hours, you may send a substitute or forfeit the holding fee.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notification, the holding fee will be forfeited.
• You may reschedule your appointment up to 3 times outside the 48-hour window without penalty. Subsequent rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the holding fee.
• Before & after photos & videos are taken for treatment documentation; full-face images are not used on social media without specific consent.
• A patch test for skin services is mandatory at least 48hours prior to treatment.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Follow our aftercare advice for optimal treatment results & for your health & safety. Following aftercare doesn't guarantee results. Contact us immediately for any post-treatment reactions or concerns.
• Prices of treatments are in AUD$, are non-negotiable & subject to change without notice.
• Messages on Sundays or public holidays are addressed the next business day.
• Packages purchased must be used in one appointment & cannot be split across appointments.

• Cosmetic tattooing clients must be medically fit after consultation with our artists. As some medical conditions or medications can alter treatment results or pigment retention.
• Your body's healing process affects pigment retention; following aftercare doesn't guarantee results. Existing tattoos may affect pigment retention due to scar tissue or pigment congestion, influencing final outcomes.

• $50 off first time clients when you spend $500 or more.
• Special offers, may not be combined with any other offer.
• For you to redeem a $50 voucher, your referred friend must have completed a paid treatment.
• Your referred friend must be a first-time client with Aly.
• The more friends you refer the more vouchers you can accumulate
• You can only use one voucher per treatment
• Your treatment must be of $500 or more in value to redeem voucher
• Voucher is not valid with any other specials or offers
• Voucher can not be refunded or transferred to cash.
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
• Lost or stolen voucher will not be replaced or refunded.
• Gift vouchers can't be cancelled.
• Vouchers are needed in store to be redeemed, if voucher is not present other payment is required.
• The gift voucher is valid for 3 years from the date issued (or otherwise extended by us) after such time it will be invalid.
• You should use all the remaining gift voucher value before the expiry date, any unused value will be forfeited.

shop policies
• All product order totals are shown in AUD$ & are shipped from Sydney, Australia via courier or Australia post. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed.
• Alyvinko currently offers standard shipping only. Standard shipping is charged at $15 (inc GST) on all orders under $200.00. For orders over $200.00 shipping is free. Your shipping charge will be automatically calculated & added to your cart on check-out.
• Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order.
• For deliveries please allow 2-10 business days to receive your products after receiving confirmation email.
• We are closed for order processing on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays & Australian public holidays.
• Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, pandemics & extreme weather.
• Thanks for shopping at Alyvinko. If you are not completely satisfied, with your purchase for any reason, please review our returns, refund, & exchange policies below.
• Items must be returned within 14-days of receiving. If you received the incorrect product or your purchase arrives damaged, return the unused product & we will issue a refund or exchange.
• However, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
• Returned products must be received at our office unopened/unused in original packaging & in resalable condition within 14-days of purchase.
• Prior to returning your item(s), please email your name, order number, the products you are returning & the reason for your return request. Returns sent back without authorisation will not be processed. Unfortunately, return postage costs are not refundable.
• Opened products can only be returned within 1 month if lightly used (more than 80% of the product must still be intact) if you have experienced a reaction. Reactions must be proven with photographic evidence.
• Faulty products must be returned as soon as the fault is identified & must be within 14-days of purchase.
• When returning your product(s) we suggest you insure the package with Australia Post & use the registered mail service for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records.
• Only merchandise approved for return or exchange by Aly & received by our office can be exchanged or credited to the original form of payment.
• Your return or exchange will be processed promptly. Most returns will be processed within 5 business days & exchanges within 9 business days.
• Our business days are from Tuesday-Friday, excluding holidays.
• We cannot provide a refund or exchange for any of Alyvinko’s product purchased from other retailers. Only products purchased from Alyvinko's clinics or on www.alyvinko.com.au (http://www.alyvinko.com.au/)may be returned for refund/exchange.
