Terms & Conditions

GENERAL:

  • Please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment (10-15minutes early), as we may not be able to accommodate you if you are late. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment & we can’t fit you in the next time block, you will miss your appointment. For cosmetic injectables & tattooing services a $50 refundable deposit is required, if you do run late & miss your appointment or cancel the appointment within 48hrs, you will lose your deposit & your next appointment will need to be paid in full.

  • You will be required to fill out & sign a client history & consent form, this is confidential information & is required for your own safety & comfort. It is also a requirement for our ongoing professionalism & insurance purposes.

  • Your treatment is conducted under the most stringent hygienic practices. All sharps equipment is disposable & disposed of. Your safety will not be compromised.

  • A “before & after” picture & video will be taken. For your privacy we do not use full-face pictures on our social media (unless specifically requested).  If you do not wish for the photos to be used on social media, please let us know, we are happy to respect your privacy. The photos we use on social media are only for the purpose of representing our work. 

  • A patch test must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Anyone who has not had a treatment within the last 6 months must have a repeat patch test before his or her treatment. Failure to have a patch test will result in the Salon being unable to carry out the treatment & a cancellation policy will apply.

  • If you experience any reactions or concerns after treatment, immediately contact your artist for further consultation.

  • Pregnant women are unable to have any treatments, which require a patch test.

  • Please notify us on booking of any medical condition prior to your treatment, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. If you are on topical skin medication, activated skin creams/serum/cleanser, or acne medication you must tell your brow stylist each time you come in.

  • All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied/supervised by an appropriate adult.

  • For your safety & health, & to gain the best results from our treatments, you must follow our aftercare advice.

  • We accept email enquiries about our services & product range. We always try to respond within 24-hours of receiving your enquiry.

  • Please note you also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatments.

  • We encourage you to work with our therapist or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment.

  • You are required to read the “pre treatment considerations” & “Terms & Conditions” before attending your appointment; this is to avoid disappointment or inconvenience.

  • Reactions & infections could occur up to 48hrs after your appointment. By booking in with alyvinko cosmdeical artistry you release alyvinko cosmedical artistry & staff of any liability caused by waxing, tinting, lash lifts, skin treatments, cosmetic tattooing & cosmetic injectables.

Prices, Booking Deposit & Cancellations:

  • Prices online, in clinic & service booklets are subject to change without prior notification.

  • Promotions are subject to change or may be withdrawn at any time without prior notification.

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) & are inclusive of GST.

  • Pricing is not negotiable.

  • We do not offer partial or full refunds to any treatments.

  • All appointments will require a deposit to secure your appointment. 

  • Bookings must be made in advance, as we can’t always accept walk-in customers.

  • A 50% deposit is required for all skin & brow/lash services prior to the appointment being confirmed, this is redeemable on purchase or if you attend the consultation & decide to not go ahead with the procedure we will refund you the 50%.  If you no show to your appointment or reschedule within 48 hours your 50% deposit will be forfeited.

  • A $50 deposit is required for all cosmetic injectables & cosmetic tattooing consultations prior to the appointment being confirmed, this is redeemable on purchase or if you attend the consultation & decide to not go ahead with the procedure we will refund you the $50.  If you no show to your appointment or reschedule within 48 hours your $50 deposit will be forfeited.

  • A booking deposit is not required to book in for your touch up treatments, however, late cancellation will forfeit your touch up treatment price, & an additional fee will be applied.

  • Please book carefully. No-shows & last-minute cancellations means that other clients cannot book into that time slot & it wastes the time & expertise of the therapists.

  • The deposit is non refundable & cannot be exchanged in the event of late cancellations or a no show. Less than 48 hours notice.

  • If it is within 24 hours & you cannot attend your appointment, you may either send a friend or family member to take your slot, or forfeit your deposit.

  • Messages left on Sundays or on public holidays will only be regarded as lodged the morning of the next business day.

  • Frequent (more than 1) late cancellations, or no shows will incur the full upfront payment to secure another booking. 

  • If you attend the consultation & it is not suitable to go ahead with treatment, the booking deposit is refundable or exchangeable.

  • Simply saying you were not aware of our cancellation/refund policy will not be accepted as you must read & agree to it to when booking your appointment.

  • We don’t refund for change of mind.​

  • By going ahead with confirming a booking, you agree to all of the Terms & Conditions above.​

 

Terms & Conditions – For Cosmetic Injections:

  • You may book a 20 minute appointment or an appointment time associated with a treatment. The 20 minute block is a consultation only this is complimentary.

  • A $50 deposit is required for all cosmetic injectables consultations prior to the appointment being confirmed, this is redeemable on purchase or if you attend the consultation & decide to not go ahead with the procedure we will refund you the $50.  If you no show to your appointment or reschedule within 48 hours your $50 deposit will be forfeited.

  • Bookings must be made in advance.

  • Cosmetic injection clients must be deemed medically fit & suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our injectors.

  • The price per area treated will depend on the number of units or mls required & the product used.

  • For Lip Enhancement, the price is based on 1ml of specially selected dermal filler.

  • For legal reasons, the product names cannot be used in advertising. Please contact one of our injectors at our clinics for details.

  • Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment.

  • Packages cannot be split over appointments

  • Clients may require less or more units to treat the selected area. If a client requires more than the maximum number of units to treat the selected areas, additional payment will be required.

  • No refunds or reduction in price will be allowed if a client purchases a package but does not, or cannot safely, use all of the product units in the package in the one appointment.

  • The number of units actually administered will solely be at the discretion of the medical practitioner prescribing the product.

  • All treatment packages purchased with multiple areas cannot be split over separate appointments.

  • Standard terms & conditions apply for the complimentary consultation & cosmetic injection.

 

Terms & Conditions – For Cosmetic Tattooing:

  • You may book a 20 minute appointment or an appointment time associated with a treatment. The 20 minute block is a consultation only this is complimentary. 

  • A $50 deposit is required for all cosmetic tattooing consultations prior to the appointment being confirmed, this is redeemable on purchase or if you attend the consultation & decide to not go ahead with the procedure we will refund you the $50.  If you no show to your appointment or reschedule within 48 hours your $50 deposit will be forfeited.

  • Bookings must be made in advance.

  • Cosmetic tattooing clients must be deemed medically fit & suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our artists.

  • Touch up treatment prices are for existing client only. A booking deposit is not required to book in for your touch up treatments, however, late cancellation will forfeit your touch up treatment price, & an additional fee will be applied.

  • Your complimentary touch-up appointment may not be scheduled any sooner then 4 weeks, & is valid for up to 12 weeks only. If unable to attend the complimentary treatment within this time frame, an additional fee will be charged.

  • If you require additional adjustments after the complimentary touch-up are charged at an additional fee. 

  • Skin altering procedures such as plastic surgery, cosmecuticals treatments, &/or injections may alter & degrade the skin & may affect the result of our skin treatments, & how cosmetic tattoo holds in the skin.

  • Medical conditions &/or certain medications may alter the results of our skin care treatments & prevent the pigment from our cosmetic tattooing treatments to retain or cause it to fade quickly or change in colour.

  • How your body heals or retains the tattooed pigment is out of the control of the artist.  This is 100% of your body's job. Even when following the aftercare correctly there is a chance that pigment may not hold in the skin or last as long as expected. This is not the fault of the Artist.

  • If you have existing tattooing prior to alyvinko cosmedical artistry, there are no guarantees to the retention of pigment. There may be underlying scar tissue or pigment congestion from other Artists work in which will affect the healed outcome of our work.

Specials:

  • Cosmetic Tattooing Model price: the price for this service is $300 this includes initial treatment, the touch up appointment, LED light therapy x2 after treatment & aftercare cream. Location only at Gladesville. Booking Deposit & Cancellation policy applies. No Refunds available for this service. May not be combined with any other cosmetic tattoo specials.

  • Cosmetic Injectable Model price: the price for this service will depend on the area being treated. All models must pay $50 for a script fee & for any product used during the treatment at a discounted price. Locations at Annandale, & Belrose. Booking Deposit & Cancellation policy applies. No Refunds available for this service. May not be combined with any other cosmetic injectable specials.

  • Needling Therapy: valued at $299, bundle deals are available for $750 which includes 3x Needling & 1x aftercare serum. Location at Gladesville & Annandale. Booking Deposit & Cancellation policy applies. No Refunds available for this service. May not be combined with any other specials.

  • Refer a friend: if you have had a treatment with Aly, & referred a friend to her, once your friend has had a treatment you will credit 10% off your next treatment. May not be combined with any other specials. Can only credit 1x 10% off per visit.

  • Other special offers, may not be combined with any other offer.
